mynthe strives, above all else, to be polite. he tends to sit back and listen, more than he talks. (such is the habit of a bartender.) however he also loves to have a good time -- he can be found singing in the pubs, drinking alongside his guests, and passing out free snacks that he cooked up due to a craving. he's often a little too generous with his guests, always wanting to give them a night of joy. he can be a little bit of a flirt sometimes, as is only natural when behind the bar. he tends to be on the optimistic side, and brushes things off easily (or so it would seem).he can be quite sensitive too, though, and often takes things a little deeper to heart than he perhaps should. he struggles with seeing others suffer, and will go out of his way for any of his regulars. its almost as if he sees himself as a big brother to everyone -- there to protect them and help keep them feeling secure. he often expresses his sensitivities in private, through gentle music. preferably, he plays in private, away from the ears and opinions of others. because music is such an emotional form of expression for him, he is scared to share it with others, or suffer harsh words about it.// presently
mynthe works at various inns, most often in the shroud. he'll go wherever he can snag room and board in exchange for his work as a bartender/cook... plus tips, of course.// origins
born in the mountains of west coerthas, mynthe left their tribe shortly after puberty arrived. they bid farewell to their small tribe, choosing to learn under the guide of a half-brother. he learned skills of the land, which helped him identify the best ingredients for food and drink. he eventually ventured further into the cities, choosing to leave his half-brother's stead after nearly a decade of training. mynthe gravitated to the lush forests of the shroud; they were such a contrast to the wintery wonderland he grew up in. plus, the lands were so incredibly bountiful.

mynthe is a practiced bartender, which means he has the wonderful ability to be a listening ear to complete strangers. he's used to quietly listening to patrons open up to him over a drink, and he's often ready with advice when they're looking for some.// quite the cook
if there's one thing above all else that mynthe loves, it's the culinarian realm. they love to cook, and have a natural talent for it. they'll bounce between bar and kitchen, working both positions some nights. others he may be over the stove almost all night. mynthe loves to share this process with others, whether to teach them or to learn from them. (it also happens to be his favorite kind of date!)// a regular
the relationship between a regular and a vendor can be a special one. mynthe also can't help but feel protective of his regulars, regarding them as personal friends. he often will go above and beyond trying to help out a regular in need.
